My Yoga Journey
My path through yoga has been anything but linear and that’s exactly what shaped the teacher I am.
I began with Baptiste Power Vinyasa, completing my 200-hour certification in 2016 at The House of Yoga, London. Baptiste gave me discipline, fire, and a deep love for the practice. Over time, my curiosity pulled me toward different practices, something more fluid, less about power, more about presence.
That led me to Yin Yoga and Anatomy with Cal Wansbrough (Yoga in the Big Smoke) in 2019, where I found a practice I could fall into rather than push through. The connection to Chinese medicine and the body’s deeper connective tissue spoke to something I hadn’t found elsewhere, a functional, intelligent approach to how we hold and release. This has drastically changed how I also moved in my stronger practices.
Mandala Yoga (The Yoga People, London) (2021) brought in creativity and spaciousness. And my 500-hour Dharma Yoga training (2020) gave me the framework I’d been searching for : a practice with real foundations and genuine flexibility built in.
Yoga was never purely physical for me. It was the thing that took me inward & brought me back to myself with more contentment and confidence than I’d lost over time.

Where I Am Now
Life did what life does: COVID, a move, a new country, work burnout, pregnancy, a baby, a whole rebuilt world. And for a while, the mat wasn’t where I was.
Today, my attic is where I come back to move, breathe, and reconnect with myself. Sometimes it’s a quiet personal practice. Other days it’s something I have to squeeze in. Because life as a mum who also works is real. I sometimes find resistance in rolling out the mat. But whenever I do, magic happens. I remember why I fell in love with this practice in the first place.
So this is me being honest: I am finding my way back, and making yoga part of my ritual again. If you’re drawn to a space that’s grounded, real, and moving forward with curiosity rather than certainty, I’d love for you to join me on this.
My Offering
Private Sessions — one-to-one, tailored entirely to you. Where you are, what your body needs, what you’re working through. No two sessions look the same.
Small Group Sessions — an intimate setting, a few mats, and the kind of energy that only comes from moving together in a shared space. Close enough to feel seen, spacious enough to go inward.
Both are held either in my attic or at the comfort of your home.
If either feels like what you’re looking for, reach out and we’ll find the right fit. I’d love to hear from you.
