Welcome
I’m Ami — writing from Cascais, where life moves a little slower and the ocean has a way of putting things into perspective.
This space began simply as a place for me to express what I’m living and learning along the way. Motherhood, wellbeing, identity, the small rituals that help us feel more grounded — and the many moments where we are still figuring things out.
I don’t have all the answers, and I’m not here to pretend that I do. In many ways, this is a diary of someone learning to live well in the middle of everyday life.
Here you’ll find reflections, practices, and little corners of life that matter to me — from yoga in the attic, to conversations over matcha, to the quiet work of slowing down and listening to what our bodies and lives are asking of us.
My hope is that this space might resonate with others who are navigating similar questions. Women, mothers, expats, seekers — anyone trying to create a life that feels a little more aligned and a little more intentional.
There’s no grand agenda here. Just curiosity, exploration, and the possibility that something meaningful might grow over time.
Or maybe it simply remains a small corner of the internet where we can pause, breathe, and remember that we’re all still figuring it out.
Either way, I’m glad you’re here.
